All the Information (as defined below) provided must be accurate. Providing any inaccurate Information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the item(s) requested.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud are some situations that may result in the order being cancelled, additional verifications or information may be requested before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Once the order leaves our logistics center, you will be contacted by our team.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are present at the time of delivery.

Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we may reject or cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized; the order information is verified for accuracy.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our relevant department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Terms of Use

The Website can be used only by persons who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Persons who are incompetent to contract are not eligible to use the Website. If your age is below that of 18 years your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users/members. 

Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

We may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of the Website without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on the Website. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service of the Website. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of this Website.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view the protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and the Information is one of our most important assets.

Refund Policy:

a. The decision on the refund will vary on case to case basis and there will be certain criteria for that:
Dead on arrival.
Unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 7 – 10 days from the date of authorization has to be given
Unable to repair the product.
Lost in deliveries.


b. If the product is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer. The refund will be made in the same mode of payment.
c. Refund is allowed only once duly approved by our team.
d. The product refund is applicable in the case product is malfunctioning and not repairable.
e. The product will be refunded at the same price as it was sold to you.
f. The settlement of the refund will only be affected once the bank has refunded the money which is the next billing cycle from the date of application of refund.(applicable if paid by card).
g. Refund will be made by cash for Cash on Delivery purchase.

Exchange or Refund

  1.  Items to be exchanged or refunded must be presented with their complete box “as new” with inside packing, and all accessories sealed (i.e. in re-sellable condition).
  2. Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are returned within  2 days from the purchase or delivery date.
  3. Refunds shall be made in the same manner in which the purchase of the item was made. For the avoidance of doubt, items that were purchased in cash shall be refunded in cash while items purchased by payment card shall be refunded to the same payment card.
  4. Home delivery items may only be refunded if the event of non-delivery, and upon the supplier’s written confirmation of such non-delivery.
  5. Installed items are not subject to any exchange or refund.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products to all mainly to UAE and delivery will be done within 1-5 days.

Delivery charges of AED 25.00 will be applied for orders below AED 99/-.

a) Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order. At the point of delivery, identity verification of the Consignee by sighting either a passport, driving license, Emirates ID, or Free zone ID to support consignee verification, will be required by our courier partners.

b) Please note that we do not do international shipping.

c) We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the product you order. Some products are delivered directly by our supplier and the supplier will contact you to arrange delivery.

e) Whilst we make considerable effort to deliver all your products within 72 working hours of the date of your order, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time. Supplier-delivered products for areas outside of main city limits that are classed as remote or semi-remote may take up to 5 working days depending on supplier schedules. (Contact Customer Support if further information is required)

f) Before ordering online you should check the following:

  • The item will fit through the doors.
  • The item will fit the exact space allocated in your house.
  • There is a clear path between the road and your front door       
  • If you live in an apartment, the lift is adequate to take delivery in size and weight.
  • If there are any access difficulties, please inform us in advance, on the day you should ensure that:
  • There is a clear path to your house.
  • Your floors are covered to prevent scuffing.
  •  Any delicate objects are put in a safe place.

 AVAILABILITY

All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).

We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range and will let you know if the product is out of stock. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular product, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that product.

In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. 

Payment Policy
Cash on delivery (COD).

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your products arrive damaged or they are faulty, you may return them and obtain a refund or replacement product.

Though we make sure that the delivery of purchased products shall be delivered on time. No claim, penalties, refunds or part refund against us in case of delays in delivery or error in the delivery. Although We aim to offer you the best service possible, If a fault occurs in our services you should report it immediately to the Customer Services by phone and we will attempt to correct the fault within a reasonable time.
The product details, information, ingredients, nutritional guides, and dietary/allergy advice may change from time to time.
